Kristal Swayer: Carter and Kristal / Catching Up Drunk

Hearing that Carter was back in town was music to her ears. She always held a special place for him in her heart and always would. Throwing a last minute party to get her mind off of things and to let loose for once she met some new girl friends and danced with them out on the floor before going and grabbing them shots. When she approached the drinks she bumped into someone. Looking up and seeing Carter standing there. Flirting for a couple of minutes she grabbed enough shots for all of them and pulled him onto the dance floor and danced with him for a couple of songs before pulling him away so they could catch up. Smiling as she pulled him away and into another room she replied “somewhere quite where we can talk.” pulling him through the kitchen and into the living room she sat down on the couch still smiling and looked up at him.

It had been a while since the last time Carter had been in her living room so he took in his surroundings as they made it into the room, the loud musics volume descending the further they went. “It’s cray just how sound resistant this place is” he commented randomly when they finally emerged in the light filled room. Carter watched her walk towards the couch and sit down and followed her, sitting next to her and leaning back as he made himself more comfortable. “So. I missed this place” he told her as he looked around at the decorations that had changed since the last time he’d sat in the same seat. “I missed you” he added quietly wondering if she’d heard him and then turning to face her.

Kristal watched as he sat down then looked around the room. It had been a long time since they had even seen each other and she knew that she still had string feelings for him. “I know right?” she said when they could barley hear the music playing. Listening closely as he talked she smiled and leaned back against the couch so her back didn’t hurt from hunching. Looking around the room for a moment then looking back at him as she heard him say he missed her. Immediately her cheeks turned red as she blushed smiling and twisted her hair over one shoulder. “I missed you too.” she said looking at him with her face still red.
